Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options:

    • delivery within 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping (DHL Express)
    • delivery within 2-3 business days (by arrangement)
  • Shipping to countries outside the EU
    • by arrangement

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout and depends on:

  • Weight and size of the package
  • Delivery address
  • Selected shipping method

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number at the email address provided during checkout. You can use this number to track the location of your package.

Shipping to Countries Outside the EU

We ship to countries outside the European Union. Delivery times and costs are negotiated individually.

Important: The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties and taxes that may be charged when importing goods into the destination country.
